2V Series OPzV Tubular GEL Lead Acid Battery High Capacity Lead Acid Battery
Description:
OPzV series is a Valve Regulated Lead Acid battery that adopts immobilized GEL and Tubular Plate technology to offer high reliability and performance. The Battery is designed and manufactured according to DIN standards and with die-casting positive grid and patent formula of active material. OPzV series exceeds DIN standard values with more than 20 years floating design life at 25℃ and is even more suitable for cyclic use under extreme operating conditions.
Technical Features:
Positive plate: The powerful tube plate is made of lead-calcium-tin alloy, which is optimized for high corrosion resistance, providing an extremely high cycle life;
The negative electrode grid structure comprises: a lead calcium alloy;
Separator: microporous and powerful polyvinyl chloride silica separator, aligned positive and negative plates and optimized for low internal resistance;
Container: ABS (ul94-hb) combustion performance, ul94-v1 available on request;
Terminal poles: easy and safe assembly and maintenance with excellent electrical conductivity and free connection;
Valve: Releases the gas-protected atmosphere in the case of overpressure, reasonable opening and closing valve pressure, high performance and reliability.
